The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. Great location close to the British Museum, shops, restaurants, pubs. Our apartment was very quiet due to it being located at the - 1 (basement) level. Apartment is quite modern, new, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped. All told an excellent place for us.

Lovely stay , perfect location. Accommodation was perfect for myself , husband and daughter. Great to be able to self cater for breakfast and drinks. Accommodation was clean and well thought out. Loved the light in the wardrobe. Great to have a table. Daughters enjoyed the smart tv. Would definitely recommend.
