Staff: We went to their buffet restaurant Gochisou-SUN for breakfast, the hostess gave us a weird look after she asked if we have a breakfast-inclusive plan even we told her that we are willing to pay for the breakfast. She made a comment to her co-workers in Japanese and little did she know I understand Japanese. Don't feel welcome at all. "

"This was a great hotel at great price. We got the buffet breakfast as I read a review that it was good, and it was well priced. It wasn’t to our standard though and we did not use our breakfast vouchers for the second day. There are plenty of options in the hotel for a nicer breakfast and also 5min walk to universal walk that has Starbucks and cafes etc "
