Casa Febea is a typical Tuscan home, newly built in the traditional farmhouse style, perfectly blending with the Italian countryside. Surrounded by a well kept park, for your private use only, it offers all the peace and tranquility that you look for during your holidays. If you are looking for a place to truly relax - here you've found it.  
  
Casa Febea sleeps up to 6 people and if you wish we cater for you as well. Or perhaps you'd just want to be left alone, than we'll guarantee absolute privacy. Excursions, personal trainers, chefs - all can be organized, just let us know what your needs are.

All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. If you are traveling in a large group, there won't be any fights for the showers - an important aspect for relaxing holidays.  
  
You’ll find plenty of historic charm in Italy and Villa Febea is ideally situated for excursions to Florence, Rome, Siena, and the wineries at Montepulciano. We are in the middle of Italy, only 5 minutes from the motorway exit of CHIUSI, even a day trip to the sea on either side is not too long a distance.  
  
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of March until the first Saturday of November, located in a carefully manicured garden just 10 meters from the villa. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

The Etruscans built this town and many of its remains go back to that time period, including many of the tombs found in the surrounding territory. Chiusi or Camars, as the Etruscans called it, is a very pleasant town and very much worth a visit.  
  
CETONA is a charming medieval town of etruscan origins, listed as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. Its archeological sites are impressive and the views of the Italian countryside breathtaking.  
  
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from April until the last Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden at 20 meters from the villa. The rectangular measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

\-COOKERY CLASS - During two hours our guests will have the pleasure of learning to prepare delicious, hand made pasta. An experienced chef will introduce you to this fine and very Italian art.

#### Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passe de tres agreables vacances a la Casa Febea. Domaine magnifique, au calme et tres bien entretenu (l'allee de Cypres a l'entree du domaine est juste exceptionnelle !). Jolie maison avec 3 chambres chacune equipee d'une sdb. Piscine tres agreable, nettoyee tous les jours. Jacopo est disponible tout en restant discret. Emplacement ideal pour decouvrir la Toscane et l'Ombrie.

Une superbe propriété dans un environnement extraordinaire. Un service digne d'un hôtel. Jacopo Baiocco est un hôte prévenant et discret. Le personnel est irréprochable. Chuisi est un très bon point de départ pour visiter la Toscane.

#### superbe location dans un endroit de la Toscane à découvrir absolument

nous avons passé des vacances extraordinaires dans la villa CASA FERBEA. Le logement est très confortable (3 grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle d'eau) et très bien équipé. La piscine privative est superbe. La villa est dans une propriété vaste et magnifique, il y a un autre batiment dédié à la location mais il n'y a aucun vis à vis, ni aucun bruit. L'endroit est parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Nous recommandons les villages de Cetona, Sartène , Pienza, Montepulciano. La vue sur le val d'Orcia depuis Pienza est magique ! ne manque pas non plus les sources d'eaux chaudes en pleine nature...

#### Best Stay Ever!

This was everything we thought it would be…quiet, beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. The staff were very communicative and accommodating. It is also a great central location to branch out and explore. We rented a car during our stay, but it is also close to the Chiusi train station for day trips. It was very difficult to leave, but we hope to return someday.

#### Casa Febea is Amazing!

The check in process was quick and easy. We were delayed a bit due to our flight to Rome being late, and a few wrong turns. Alice was very patient with us arriving later than expected. You’re given the key and the entrance gate code/fob. Love that the property/estate is gated. The grounds are immaculate and the pool was cleaned every day. Jacopo was there every morning to clean the pool and water the gorgeous plants and flowers that are all over the Casa Febea. I wished I had engaged more with him, but did not want to disturb him too much. When we did engage with him, he was very kind and gave a lot of history of the estate. Amazing place. Alice was very helpful to provide restaurant advice, trains, parking at train stations, and just overall a gem of information. We paid for a cooking class there at our Casa and it was a lot of fun. Our group consisted of myself, my Daughter, and my Sister. Fortunately we did not need the AC because it was low 60s at night and mid 70s in daytime. If there were any concerns or recommendations that I would like to improve the stay would be to have better utensils such as knives, better pots and pans, and more wine glasses to use. Other than that we had a blast and would definitely stay there again and bring the rest of the family and rent two of the properties. Great location to be able to drive to get trains to Sienna and Florence. We drove to Montalcino, and Montepulciano with ease.

Our stay was great. Property was spacious and offered different ways of cooking. BBQ outside was great for several of our dinners. Optional wine choices within the property were many and reasonably priced. Had problems with several of the interior doors sticking ornate closing which should be dealt with.

Greatest place. Jacopo the owner was so friendly. Greeted by Alice who was always ready to answer any questions we had and provide advice about the area. She even accompanied us on a tour provided translations and explained history of the area. Very clean and relaxed feel to the place. We can not say enough about how beautiful the property is and the amazing staff!! Jacopo, Natasha and especially Alice were so helpful and attentive. The location is perfect and the tours they arranged were amazing. I definitely recommend Casa Febea.

Beautiful 3 bed 3 bath single floor villa, amazing views and sparkling clean, refreshing pool in the heart of Tuscany. Owner, Jacopo was there to clean the pool and answer questions every day. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had every convenience. Our only problem...we only stayed 2 weeks instead of three!!!

Three ensuite rooms and great outdoor area with exclusive use of pool in private grounds. Pool is cleaned early most mornings, so don't get a fright if the pool cleaner walks past your bedroom window early!

#### Tuscan Getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at this Villa. Everything met with our expectations. The property was well manicured and the host was very accommodating. It was the perfect place for two couples to explore the surrounding areas. Because the weather did not cooperate, we did not use the wonderful looking pool. We would definitely recommend this Villa to others. It is in a well secluded and quiet area off the beaten path. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Proprietà spaziosa, ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort (cucina super accessoriata, asciugacapelli in tutti i bagni, box doccia molto ampi). Esterni ben curati: Jacopo il proprietario si dedica tutte la mattina alla cura e manutenzione di piscina e prato circostante. Posizione: ottima per chi cerca tranquillità e strategica per raggiungere le principali mete di Umbria e Toscana. Jacopo sempre raggiungibile e disponibile in caso di necessità. Ottima esperienza!

#### Sehr tolle Unterkunft auf wunderschönem Grundstück

Sehr zu empfehlen, sehr schön Unterkunft mit tollem Pool der täglich gereinigt wird. Liegt auf einem Landgut mit Zypressen und Olivenbäumen.

Jaccopo was een uitstekende gastheer, zeer vriendelijk en snel in het oplossen van kleine probleempjes. Het huis is ruim, goed ingericht en schoon. Het zwembad werd dagelijks gereinigd. Bij 30+C. bleef het huis redelijk koel. Zondermeer een luxe verblijf die wij iedereen kunnen aanbevelen.

#### Oase der Ruhe

Perfekter Platz um richtig azuschalten. Wunderbar angelegt auf einem tollen Grundstück. Das Haus hält Alles was die Anzeige verspricht. Eine Oase der Ruhe. Toller Pool an dem man wunderbar realxen kann. Der Vermieter kommt jeden Tag für Poolservice und sonstiges vorbei. Er ist extrem zuvorkommend und hilft wo er kann. Allein schon die Zypressen bewachsene ca 1 Kilometer lange Auffahrt im Grundsück ist ein Erlebnis. Man fühlt sich wie bei Filmstars. Die Fenster haben Fliegengitter, beim draussen sitzen sollte man Abends aber Autan o.ä. zur Hand haben. Ein Auto ist dringend zu empfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht und abschalten will, wird schwerlich etwas besseres finden.

#### Wat een comfortabel huis op een prachtige Toscaanse locatie omringd door cipressen en olijfbomen!

We hebben met het gezin ongelooflijk genoten van casa febea. De ligging in het groen, de zeer uitgebreide comfortabele voorzieningen, van slaapkamers met eigen badkamer tot zeer goed uitgeruste keuken. Meerdere keren hebben we zelf gekookt bij het huis aan een prachtig gedekte tafel en met een heerlijk menu deels gemaakt op de buiten barbeque. We kunnen dit huis aan iedere groep volwassenen aanbevelen. Bedankt Jacopo!!
