I felt welcome and greeted in a friendly manner. The reception made a calls to help me to get to hotel. Upon arriving I was helped with bags. The room had very large panoramic view of Chisenau.The room was very clean. The mattress had springs in it but I slept well on it. The breakfasts were outstanding. The very wide selection including local Moldova bakery, other dishes blended with classic breakfast choices. I truly enjoyed food. The cafe had very nice selection and cool music. I felt relaxed and enjoyed every moment. The gentelman working in a bar helped me to leave bags till I had other hotel arrangements. This gave me an opportunity to spend time at the Vine festival. I enjoyed staying at the Bristol a lot. Everyone was nice, answered my room calls and responded with help. I would highly reccomend the hotel. Readonable deal and super Value. The only thing that could be improved is using elevator with house keaping was quite odd. The elevator designed as a small size. Few times sbout 4 within 2 nights stay i had to ride elevator with buckets full of dirty water, 2 large carts with laundfy, cleaning supplies etc. I was late for appointments and riding in a small elevator where housekeeping surrounds You wiith fully loaded carts and pin You to the wall was not quite plesant. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team. Very unpleasant experience after a long day.
