Staff was great, but spoke almost no English. The room was cold, with no temperature control. On my second day the front desk clerk found a portable heater for me.
The worst thing was that the breakfast room and restaurant was on the fourth level and was only accessible via the elevator. The staircase between level two and four was blocked off so that there was no emergency exit and no way down from the restaurant if there was a power interruption–a definite safety hazard!

this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
