"We stayed for 4 nights, family of four. Location was great and very convenient to everything. The room and bathroom were outdated but you kind of get what you pay for. Breakfast was great though "

"skip the breakfast if you must. its the worst hotel breakfast i ever had & limited variety. hotel room just renovated so its modern besides that the hotel is quite dated like stepping back to the 90s. location is not too bad since you are 5 mins walk away from the shopping strip. my first time in beijing but i doubt i will stay near wangfujing again, shopping there is not that fantastic after all the hype i read. the hotel is not the cheapest too."

"Staff Dan Dan is very efficient and friendly, she will do her best to accommodate our requests. The room is basic with all the necessities. Enjoy the simple local breakfast provided with the room. Nice hutongs will lots of eateries around"

"Hotel is walking distance to temple of heaven and subway. Breakfast is plentiful of choices. Free laundry is bonus. The beds we have though hard and bathroom is flooded due to how bath tub was installed, still a good hotel due to staff friendliness and customer service. "

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly, ensuring that our needs were met. The room itself was spacious enough for my family of 4."

"The hotel was great, staff were very helpful, location was perfect for exploring, off the main road so was quiet but very close to subway and city centre. Laundry room proved useful for us although it can be exceptionally busy. Our child's breakfast was not bookable via expedia so assumed it was already - apparently it wasn't. I think this was expedia at fault for not providing the option but could have been staff training. We were able to get early check in at 0600 which was very much appreciated. Overall very good experience."
