2 pizza’s under cooked (refunded), ordered pizza again…undercooked! I was accidentally double charged for parking, The pool area had very strong fumes of chlorine. Sonesta Select Charlotte University Research Park
This hotel was okay for a quick stay. It was clean but not many available amenities. The staff was friendly. The elevator did not work and didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast.
