This base camp is easy to get to, right on Route 3 with lots of parking for your cars and toys. 15 minutes in either direction to get to Cranberry or Tupper Lakes. Our 3-bedroom house is clean and ready for you to enjoy the Adirondacks. 1 bedroom has twin-size bunk beds and a full-size bed as well. There is a queen size in the middle room, and a double bed and a twin in the last room. There are sofas and a futon in the living room if you need as well. There is a full kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook up a storm, and a bar/restaurant 1/8 of a mile up the road if you would rather not. There is also a grill outside for you to use. We have a big TV, wifi, & movies for you to enjoy if it gets rainy. There is a stereo to plug your music player into. Washer and dryer are available to use as well. There are box and ceiling fans, and the windows open for a breeze. We now also have air conditioning and an electric vehicle charger. In winter, the snowmobile trail comes to the restaurant behind our property, so you can ride from camp. Guests will check in on their own but I will provide detailed arrival and exit instructions and have an assistant available to assist. 2-night minimum stay. Please note that this house has Wifi! There is also good cell service in the area. While the cabin is not child-proofed we found it furnished in such a way that it was not difficult to keep both child and cabin safe. The host communicated well in advance and was responsive. There was no issue getting into the house, and instructions were clear. The only minor thing I would say is the house was musty upon first arrival, but it was fine after we opened all the windows. The house was cozy, beds comfortable and backyard had plenty of space to keep kids running around and playing soccer for hours. We cooked all our meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill had a full propane tank and was clean and ready to use as well.
