This stunning detached home boasts a vaulted sitting room with views of a private courtyard and a galleried study on the first floor. With 3 bedrooms—2 on the ground floor—and a main bathroom downstairs, the upstairs master bedroom features an ensuite. The stylish kitchen, dining area, and separate laundry ensure all the home comforts for a memorable stay in this remarkable property. The Space: YOUR SPACE You really will love being by the sea if you choose to stay in this 3 bed detached house located at the top of the road that leads to West Wittering beach. You can’t fail to be wowed by the brilliance and beauty of the vaulted sitting room and its impressive arched window that gives you an amazing view of your private courtyard garden. The room is a stunning space in which you can all gather to relax and enjoy each other’s company as you look back at events of the day and plan where you’re going tomorrow. There’s a flat screen TV for you to watch, and seating in here for all guests, with more in the connected dining area which features a table and chairs and leads into the modern kitchen. If you’re planning a sit down meal for everyone during your stay, the kitchen has all you need to prepare food for a special occasion, or for more casual snacking. There’s a cafetiere too and tea-making facilities, so you can start each day the tasty way. If you’re planning to take part in water sports or other beach-based activities, you’re sure to find the presence of a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate area of the house comes in really handy. You also get a view of the galleried study area on the upper floor from the sitting room, giving it a mezzanine look and feel. Sporting events: There are two horse racing courses that can be easily reached from the house—Fontwell and Goodwood, with the latter also playing host to the annual Festival of Speed. The house isn’t just close to the sea and the city of Chichester, there’s beautiful countryside to be found a few miles to the north on The South Downs too, great for picturesque walks, hikes, and bike rides. Getting Around: With one parking space at the house and on street parking nearby, driving here is a good option, but once you’re here, unless you’re planning to venture far and wide, you might find you can leave the car parked up. Because so much is within easy walking distance, including the beach, shop, and pub. There are local bus services that connect you with East Wittering and Chichester. Or you can always hire local cabs to get you where you need to go. And Chichester has a railway station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Bournemouth, Portsmouth, and London. Séjour de 2 nuits en avril 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Sally G. 29 mars 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Great location Check in process was simple and we had everything we needed at the property... the bed in the master bedroom upstairs was a little small for us and super firm (just not what we are used to) , also there is a streetlight right by the bedroom window and whilst the shutters do an ok job of blocking that out, a sleep mask might be beneficial for those of you that are light sensitive for sleepy time, also the bathroom towels were quite small (if you are used to bathroom sheets reset your expectations or take your own), but that was no biggy. Having said all that, the house was lovely and had everything we needed. It was about 15 mins or so to walk to West wittering beach which is just glorious and the local amenities were just a 5 minute car journey away. We also took advantage of the activities suggested on the app provided by the hosts and did a lovely walk from Chichester harbour to the Ship and Anchor - the weather was kind to us and it was lovely. There is a pub pretty much opposite the house, but were not disturbed by that at all. All in all a lovely house in a great location. ##### Sally G. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2022
