The Space:  
Step through the welcoming blue door and into a generous open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for gathering over leisurely breakfasts or long evening meals. With seating for up to 8 and a large rustic dining table, there’s space for everyone to relax and unwind.  
  
The comfortable living area, complete with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. A spiral staircase leads to a cosy mezzanine lounge with views across the garden, ideal for reading, quiet moments, or movie nights.

West Wittering has one of the most popular sandy beaches on the UK's south coast. And this home puts you within easy walking distance of it. The property is situated in rural, peaceful surroundings within the same grounds as the owners main house.  
  
Whether you’re staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, you’ll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance. And there’s a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.  
  
East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops.   
  
Here are some other places you might want to explore during your stay:  
  
✔ More beaches at East Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham Bay.  
  
✔ The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.  
  
✔ Sporting events: There are two horse racing courses that can be easily reached from the house, Fontwell and Goodwood, with the latter also playing host to the annual Festival of Speed and Revival in September.  
  
✔ If you're into walking, beautiful countryside and coastal paths can be reached on foot from the house. Or a few miles to the north, you'll find The South Downs, great for picturesque walks, hikes and bike rides.  
  
Getting Around:  
Although you can walk to the beach and local amenities. We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area.

If you’re travelling with extended family or friends, why not book the neighbouring Sheepwash Lodge as well? Sleeping up to 4, the lodge offers additional accommodation while maintaining privacy and peaceful surroundings for everyone.
