Khun Nok the owner and manager is extremely attentive and a wonderful cook. The rooms are comfortable and the space is perfect for the kids to run around . Khun Nok even helped us with our laundry so that’s a great plus! My family and I needed a last minute booking and couldn't have found a better place to accommodate us. We had such a great time and everything was clean! Our host was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with great tips for things to do around Chiang Mai and can even set you up with transportation services. She was communicative and gave us a great tour of the property making sure to cover all basis. We were in a neighborhood wi the the locals and felt super safe. The breakfast and location were great and such a nice touch to an already amazing stay. We are definitely going to be back and have told all friends and family back home in the states about this amazing place!
