Thapae gate and the old city can be reached by bike or on foot in about 15mins. Excellent restaurants nearby and a lovely modern supermarket as well. The room was huge, clean and comfortable and was equipped with all I needed for my stay. Soft, thick towels in the bathroom and extra available near the lovely pool. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold cuts available. I loved sitting outside in the garden near the pool and hear the birds chirping. Staff is friendly and check in and out went smooth. Breakfast while simple was adequate. Didn’t like the bathtub style shower. Mosquitoes maybe an issue at times and didn’t like the smoky mosquito repellent that were lit during the evenings as the smoke would seep into the rooms.
