Located in one of my favourite areas in Chiang Mai. Great value for money. At the time, there was construction happening on site. It does get noisy in the evening from some club nearby. We were expecting a more modern hotel but got the feel of a motel inn. There is a club nearby that blasts music til 2am and airplanes are flying over the hotel.
