The bed itself was pretty comfortable, and a good sized locker under the bed. One small downside is that, in my dorm, if any one guest has their light turned on in their cubicle, the light reflects off the white ceiling and lights up the whole room. Making it hard to sleep if you prefer to sleep with the lights off. Everything else was good, and location seems great too. The Hotel was modern and clean. Staff were great and always very helpful. I loved the area, it’s very near to the shopping mall and has quite a lot of small quirky shops, although it’s is pricier. The WiFi in the hostel is very good, although I did find that meant a lot of people were there on their laptops in the social areas (good for work people I guess). A couple of drawbacks, the hostel is situated in a part of the town that is under the flight path so there is regular noise for planes taking off (I did get used to this though). The other thing I found was the bed mattress was really hard and so not all that comfy. My room was exceptionally clean too. ALEXA's primary plus-point is its location; it was walkable to pretty much the major landmarks and a breeze to hop onto a red-truck public taxi (song-thaew) as it was close to the main road.
