We had 14 adults and 2 children and this house was perfect! Everyone had plenty of room and space. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed (MIL brought an electric skillet to cook bacon), the bathrooms were beautiful and the indoor and outdoor space was awesome! All of the extra little touches made it even more perfect. The owners were super easy to work with and very accommodating. Everything about the place was perfect - plenty of kitchen space & stuff to cook with (we cooked every day) and dishes/cups/etc. The bedrooms were comfortable, big enough, and we particularly loved the loft, where the kids had sleepovers every night. Plenty of pillows and bedding for all of us. And we loved the little touches, like providing hair ties and qtips in the bathrooms. The yards, porches, and balcony were all well-used by us, really good for viewing the 4th of July fireworks and hanging out by the firepit other days. We had 5 families and 5 cars, there was plenty of parking. Access was easy, hosts were responsive to any little request/comment.
