My only recommendation would be new Mimi blinds and light blocking curtains in the twin bedroom. There is a street light that shines all night in the window and made it hard for my daughter to sleep. Love the nice appliances and coffee area in the kitchen. The private fenced backyard was very nice for dog owners. We used the gas grill several times which was great. We let the host know that we ran out of propane and we had a new propane bottle the same day. The lawn in front and back is nicely maintained. There were 2 patio chairs in the backyard and a bench that was torn. Could not sit on the bench. There is an off street parking space in front of the house and a garage to use in the ally.
