Spotlessly clean, Riverside Apartment, has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite), parking for 3 cars. TVs in all rooms except bathrooms, and DVD players. The living, dining, kitchen area is a very large open plan space, overlooking the river. Perched on the first floor, it is an ideal spot to people watch and enjoy the goings on of the river.

Bed linen and towels professionally laundered. The properties are professionally cleaned and beautifully presented for you to relax and enjoy. To ensure your arrival is easy, access is 24 hours and there is a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar provided and fresh flowers awaiting your arrival.

Melanie is always happy to talk to you during working hours about River House or Riverside Apartment which are next door to each other.

Perfect place for our annual get together

The apartment was in a lovely place with a view over the river Dee. Within walking distance of all the places we wanted to see. Also close to the hop on off bus. It was ideal for us as we were able to have 6 single beds which can be hard to find. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We all really enjoyed our relaxing stay

Excellent property with everything we needed - clean and well equipped, great layout and very comfy. Wonderful location by the river and just a few minutes walk from town. Absolutely Fantastic Home and Location!

We loved our time here! We can't wait to go back one day. The home is located in a beautiful area overlooking the River Dee. You look onto the river and can watch the rowing club and tourist boats going by. People watch as folks stroll along the river and buy ice cream downstairs. The home is exquisite. Three large bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds. The bedding was clean and soft and great quality. The bathrooms are large and modern. There are tv's in every bedroom. There is a place to park your car...it was tight but very doable. There are several places to eat nearby; The Moorings and The Boathouse are great and The Bear & Billet served a fantastic Sunday roast dinner. Melanie was great to work with and she was very responsive with any questions we had. We loved our stay and can't recommend it enough!

Great stay in great location

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is very spacious and well furnished, the only thing that would have helped would have been a bigger friidge and freezer. The location cannot be beaten and the onsite parking a real bonus We strongly recommend a stay.

Something Special

We are frequent visitors to Chester and have stayed in many hotels and several other apartments in the city. However, the River House apartment is something special. It is spacious, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The views over the river and suspension bridge are wonderful. It is ideally situated for a stroll around the groves, is just at the entrance to the park and a short walk to the ampitheatre, shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is an added bonus. I spoke with the owner, Melanie, by phone - she could not be more helpful. I have no hesitation is giving the property a five star rating and look forward to a return visit.

Wonderful holiday home

The flat was as lovely as the pictures that we viewed online before booking. It is in a fantastic location - you are within walking distance of Chester. The flat was beautifully appointed, with lots of thought paid to the decoration. It was light, spacious and very comfortable. We had a fabulous holiday there with our daughter and my parents. Completely perfect

Having wanted to visit Chester for years, we eventually got there and could not have chosen a more perfect base from which to explore. The apartment is situated a very short stroll from the City, and its location at the end of a road accessed only by residents made it even more special as there was no traffic noise. We spent a lot of time people watching from the living room windows - there was so much to see during the day time, particularly at the weekend. There were swimming races on the river one day, and we also spent a few relaxing hours in the sunshine listening to bands playing in the bandstand just yards away from the apartment. Importantly, the area became very quiet in the evenings. The apartment itself could not be better, being spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality items. The beds were supremely comfortable too, which does make a huge difference! We holiday in this country frequently and can say in all honesty this is the only place we have stayed where we would not have changed a thing! All in all, a fabulous week.
