    Our home is fantastically situated close to Chester. One comfortable double bedroom on a mezzanine floor, modern kitchen and bathroom with bath and overhead shower.



    The Space:

    MASTER BEDROOM: King bed







    A beautifully decorated end terraced cottage, in Mollington just outside Chester. Stylish and cosy, this is a superb property for your stay.



    As you enter, there is a modern, open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Stylish kitchen with integrated dishwasher.



    Family sized bathroom with bath and overhead shower.



    As you ascend to the mezzanine floor, you will find a lovely cosy bedroom where you can relax and get a good nights sleep.



    Outside there is a patio area with space for 2 x cars.



    Guest Access:

    Access to the home is via Lock Box. Guests will have access to the whole house.



    There is parking to the front of the property for 2 cars.



    Other Things to Note:

    Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

    Tom and Rachael who manage things locally and are on hand to answer any questions.

#24 is a fine fine place. It suited our purposes as a second home at a difficult time because of a loved ones poor health. This is a getaway at the edge of Chester where the rural countryside begins. It is very clearly what it says in the ad. Look at the photos, they tell you all you need to know, A lovely bottle if prosecco and a bag of snacks greeted us. Wonderful! A tip to any other visitor: local cab/taxi drivers and their dispatchers need help with the street address. One advised us: tell them you are at the Oak Grange Care Home across the small parking lot, and they know exactly where you are: "People who live call FROM the care home lobby (very friendly!)" Note for public transport user: there are buses to take you into Chester, check the online listings. Do we have some notes that would result in an even stronger endorsement? Yes. Here they are: 1) A one-page "house guide" about appliances and garbage practices would be useful. We did find manuals in a draw but a quick one-pager on the table next to the prosecco would have been useful.2) Only 2 of the very nice pans are "induction" proof. This needs attention.3) The outside light was burned out making it hard to use the key a night. Easy fix.4) Lovely broom, no dustpan. Easy fix,5) No non-slip mat in the VERY slippery shower. Easy fix. 6) Broken coffee-press device. We bought a new one and left it for the next guests.Would we stay here again? Definitely. k and b from Ottawa.
