Welcome to Your Chesapeake Bay Retreat! We\`re thrilled to have you at our waterfront home! Enjoy stunning Bay views, a spacious layout, and a private beach just steps away. Relax on the screened porch, unwind on the deck, or explore the nearby attractions and local dining. Please stay within the designated rope line for your safety when near the water. If you need anything during your stay, feel free to reach out—we\`re here to help! Enjoy your time here and create lasting memories by the beautiful Chesapeake Bay! 1) Non-Smoking Property and No Pets Allowed. 2) Check-in time is 4pm or later on your arrival date 3) Check-out time is 10 am. The house must be vacated by 10 am and doors locked. The house should be left clean, and all trash should be removed and placed in the receptacles. All bags must be placed in the rolling blue bin, and the bin placed at the top of the driveway, or the trash company will not pick it up. 4) Maximum occupancy of the property is listed on contract and MUST not be exceeded. Guest agrees that exceeding maximum occupancy is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all monies paid. 5) No Bachelor, Bachelorette, Sorority or Fraternity parties chaperoned or not, are permitted. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. Violation is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate termination of the Guest’s visit without refund, with no exceptions. 6) Locked areas for which the Guest is not provided a key, such as the owner\`s personal storage areas, are exempt from this Agreement and are off-limits to the Guest. Forced entry into these areas is cause for immediate eviction and Guest will be charged for any damaged or missing items. 7) House comes equipped with internet access. If any charges occur on the owner’s Internet service, Guests will be billed for the charges, plus a $100.00 collection fee. 8) House comes equipped with furniture, kitchen appliances, pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware, pillows, towels, linens, blankets, bedspreads and basic housekeeping items. Guests will be furnished with a starter amount of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry products unless otherwise indicated in the description of the house. Guest agrees to use bed linens (sheets and pillowcases) on all bedding being used during their stay. Cribs are not provided. 9) Guest shall not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage or remove any part of the premises, nor render inoperable the smoke detectors provided by the Owner, or knowingly permit any person to do so. Guest must notify Owner of the need for replacement of or repairs to the smoke detectors. 10) Owner is not responsible for items left by Guests. 11) This house is a non-smoking house. Smoke only outside and properly dispose of the butts. The house could have comfortably held at least another 2 people. My first impression was just of how large it was.. large and CLEAN! The bathrooms, kitchen, porch, towels, bedding, everything was in great condition. My favorite parts of the house were the top deck, the spiral staircase, and the cliffs out back. You could hear the waves from below while relaxing with coffee on the top deck. The number of stars visible at night were breathtaking. I really can't say enough about the house and its location. There was a fire pit outside to enjoy, and wood burning stoves to use in the winter. For the ones who love nature, there is a giant Butterfly Bush in the front yard. I have one, and it attracts one or two butterflies.. but this one was covered in them! A dozen at least! In case you forget to pack your binoculars, no worries. They have a pair. I saw two bald Eagles just soaring over the water and countless other water birds while on the deck by the cliffs! It was just a really nice trip. The owners were polite, kind and responded via text very quickly. If you book this place, make sure to check out the fossil hunting and shark tooth hunting at Calvert Cliffs. That was really fun. The three floors of the house is amazing and the views of the bay a huge added bonus. The house is well equipped, and you can tell that the owners stay there part time.The layout allows for socializing and fun on the middle level with a sitting areas and screened in porch while others can find some peace and quiet if needed on the upper or lower floorsThe private beach access is awesome and a true benefit.
