Very nice hotel and they were so welcoming, the assistant front office manager took time to introduce himself and send us some nice welcome snacks, the swimming pool and sauna was very well looked after and high standard will stay again soon when visiting Chengdu again thanks so much

We felt so lucky to stay in Shangri-La Chengdu. We came from a two days trip from the JiuZhaiGou national park and had a great rest in the hotel. First, the hotel is clean and view from the our room is spectacular. We tried both the Chinese restaurant and the buffet. Both are wonderful! The morning buffet has so many variety of food and dinner buffet is very luxury. The crab was delicious and sushi was fresh! During our say, both the front desk manager and the restaurant manager are around and very friendly to guests! I had a foot spa which fully healed my feet and leg sour! We would definitely go back if visiting Chengdu again!

Very nice hotel close to many entertainment dining options. Walkable to the Metro. Next to Lan Kwai Long nightlife district and across the bridge from many music bars and restaurants. The concierge Tyler Wang was very helpful.
