The main criticisms are that they couldn't find my reservation and they didn't inform me regarding any breakfast information. Comfortable King size bed. Hot spring was really nice. Hotel restaurant was cheap and food quality was good. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. Overall very satisfied.
