The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street. The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long get-aways, and event lodging. Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake! Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather. STR-0317 Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund. Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. The view was beautiful and it was a unique experience to stay on a pier. The pool area was a bit disappointing. The slide had cobwebs over it. The pool was gated off and we were just told a pump was out. The hot tub wasn’t very hot and it was painful to walk on the grates on the bottom of the hot tub. Cruising around the wineries and dt was a blast. Weather was tip top. Place was good size for two of us. Water pressure had some issues for a little while but that resolved itself. You had to climb down ladders to get to the water. Pool and hot tub were full of kids in diapers…water was dirty. Room was filthy, in need of repairs, not at all like their photos. They charge you for everything. We had to wear a blue wrist band the whole time there. I felt like I was in a college dorm after the parties. Folks who are not able to climb ladders, those in wheelchairs, will have no amenities. We are asking for a full refund.
