The bright and airy first-floor living area is charmingly decorated with updated furnishings and nautical themes. The only one that surprised us was the unsuitability of the bath in the first floor bedroom for someone with balance issues. The result was that the oldest guest needed to go up and down stairs. We absolutely loved this home and the proximity to downtown Chatham. The house is a wonderful blend of antique features with modern amenities, such as 6 bathrooms with large tubs and showers. It was a perfect stay, would highly recommend! One thing to note, two of the twin beds are up a steep ladder in a loft bedroom which would be great for kids but probably not adults. ##### Cindy K.
