(576 reviews) Horrible arrival experience, I had called in the morning to inform we had issues with transportation so we would arrive between 0000 and 0100\. The lady on the phone was nice and said to not worry, someone would be there. We arrived at 0025\. The main gate was closed, I rang and rang the bell and intercom for 15 minutes and no answer. I called 5 times and no answer, I waited another 10 minutes and rang and called and still nothing. I had a baby, my kids and great grandparents, all exhausted from a 10 hour drive from central Germany. No one gave us the code for the gate and the reception was empty, so I jumped the gate. I was looking around and saying hello hello hello and finally the worker came out. The beach chairs and amenities are not available in October, but that’s understandable for the off-season. Room service was so easy and delivered in less than 15 minutes.
