Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible location.. on a intersection with cars and motorcycles everywhere.. Not a friendly host.. woke up to a nasty text from him after having 6 friends over for dinner.. We are 65 years old and were in bed by 10\. No drinking.. Told us this was not a party house?!?
