This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.   
  
Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20\. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible to renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.   
  
Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.  
  
STAYLAKENORMAN reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to credit card issues and/or failure to complete contract signing process including but not limited to uploading ID, signing usage agreement, accepting house rules, confirming details over the phone with company representative, etc.

My family spent spring break at this beautiful property. Stay lake Norman was wonderful and so easy to work with. We rented a boat and spent hours on the dock. We had a easy drive to Carowinds for the day and coming back to a fire pit and hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend

My family really enjoyed our stay at Normandy Approach. The home was clean, had good amenities and the dock and boat delivery was excellent. Overall I would recommend it to others.

#### Lake Norman. There were 8 adults and 2 children. We very much enjoyed our stay. We rented a boat.

Property met our expectations. Large trees provided shade and made it comfortable to be outside in the afternoon and evening. Inside was spacious and livable. I was impressed with the team that helped us. They communicated very well and did what they said they were going to do. This included the rental agents, the boat rental folks and the cleaning folks. We forgot something and they called us to see if we wanted the file they found and then mailed it to us promptly. Overall a good experience

Perfect for our group of 8\. Very comfortable and plenty of seating to have comfortable meals together. Would definitely return.

#### Great outdoor space

Normandy Escape was a nice vacation getaway for our family. The layout of the house was comfortable and the outdoor space and dock were our favorite parts of the rental. The property was managed well and the management company was very professional. The only negative is that the kitchen was really tight for prepping meals and clean-up..
