This 3-BR Ranch home is a 5 min drive to Center City, Uptown, Panthers Stadium, South End, the Light Rail (1 mile away). When you\`re not hangin\` in the city, you won\`t want to miss the oasis, waterfalls, & firepit, right in your own backyard! Unwind and relax after a long day with a glass of wine in the private and tranquil outdoor space. Jet off to work fully rested and leave the family in this fun and safe updated space! The back yard is fully fenced in making for a pet friendly stay. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances, newer cabinets, and a gas range ready to prepare some delicious meals. The (3) bedrooms feature: \- 1 King bed \- 1 Queen bed \- 1 Full sized bed You will receive your own personal access code for the property to use throughout your stay. This code will only work from your reservation check-in time through your reservation check-out time. We are just a quick message away if you need anything.
