The sleeping arrangements include the primary bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed and single bed. All of the rooms include a fan and a spacious closet. The open living area features tasteful decor, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or using the grill on the back porch. The Neighborhood: This property is located in the Pineville area and is perfect for families in town, or groups visiting Charlotte. Pineville is a quaint neighborhood situated between South Charlotte and Fort Mill, which have plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail shops as well as easy access to other areas of Charlotte. McMullen Creek Greenway is about a mile away featuring trails, hiking, and waterways. Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. They were expecting our first grandchild. This home was conveniently located to their home, was very close to the interstate allowing us easy access to the hospital. It is close to many retail establishments - food restaurants, shopping. The property provided the space we needed for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. We also brought along our dog. Aug 8, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Perfect location in suburban Charlotte for our two month summer stay. We had a need to be in the Pineville area on a daily basis and everything was accessible in a 5-10 minute drive. The house is super clean, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. Having the option to cook in or out (gas grill on the deck) was quite nice. Back yard is large and, although we didn’t bring our dog on this trip, provides a nice area for pet or kid outdoor play.
