Our stay was great, and we appreciated knowing we had our own space to return to after busy days out and about. Located just a few minutes drive from downtown Charlotte, an easy Uber or drive to check out a game or get some great food without all of the noise. Her place is near downtown which was perfect for what I needed and it offered plenty of space for my guest and I. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit which was very helpful as we were staying for a few days. The beds were comfortable enough for us as we expected with the reasonable pricing. As we were leaving we left some things behind and Nicola went above and beyond to promptly deliver them to us. I would recommend this place to future guests as a cost efficient stay. ##### Anna B. There was more than enough room, nice bedrooms, very clean overall. The area was perfect, about 5-10 minutes away from downtown and also close to their train. Plenty of ammenities at the place although we didn’t end up needing many. Would very much recommend this VRBO!? ##### Ryan H. My family and I stayed at this location for a weekend getaway in NC and it exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean and spacious. It is in a convenient location (located near food places and gas stations). Check-in was very simple and the property manager kept in contact with me, as well as answered any questions I had.
