Guest Access: Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. The Neighborhood: The Midtown Gem is located just blocks from the popular Midtown area featuring tons of restaurants/bars and retail/shopping. Easily access Uptown, South End, Plaza, Noda, and more. Cherry Park is across the street, and the Metropolitan Shopping Mall is just blocks away. Other Things to Note: \*\* House Rules \*\* Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement. The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund. Minimum booking age: 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises. No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund. Pets: Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in, (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed. Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300. Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest. Parking: Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking. Smoking: No smoking whatsoever inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages: Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay. Internet Usage: We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use. Trash: Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge. However, it has spots for escape if your dog has that tendency. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bath are a great space by yourself or with company, with the primary on one side with privacy. The house has all the amenities you need in a kitchen, but the refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. Loose shelves and the water filter needs to be changed. (You can tell by the taste of the water and ice) My only complaint really is that the master bathroom shower is too small, so we used the other bathroom that had a standard shower. Located in a decent location. It’s a clean home and has a cute fenced in backyard with lots of trees. Corner lot. Because we’re very picky about pillows and sheets. We did actually order our own. Dec 1, 2024 Liked: Check-in Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Avoid This Property - Misrepresented and Poorly Maintained The property is nothing like what is shown in the pictures online—those photos are either outdated or intentionally misleading. The house had a horrible musty smell that was nauseating. There was so much yard debris at both the front and back doors, and at least an inch gap at the bottom of front door for critters to enter. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work properly and the house itself was just disgusting. Fire alarms hanging out of the wall, floors filthy in the bathrooms with hair stuck to the base boards. Couch cushion springs protruding as well as water pipes from the floors in the bathrooms. Bugs, alive and dead, in every room. I even saw mold in the master bedroom closet. When I notified them of these issues, upon arrival, I supplied pictures and NOT one was addressed. I cannot recommend this property to anyone. VRBO should hold owners accountable for providing accurate representations of their properties and ensuring a basic standard of cleanliness and functionality.
