Guest Access: Guests have private access to all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's cabinet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible. Other Things to Note: The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. House Rules: We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities. Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental. Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine. The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old. If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a \*refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy. \*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit. Check-in and Checkout Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day; early check-in is at 1:00 PM) Check-out is at 11:00 AM Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible. Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period. Security Cam's Tampering with or disabling the security camera(s) will result in a fine of $500. Quiet Enjoyment You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels. Unapproved Guest Policy An Unapproved Guest is any individual who is not listed on the reservation and has not been explicitly disclosed and approved by the host prior to check-in. This includes, but is not limited to: Visitors who are not registered as overnight guests. Additional occupants exceeding the maximum guest count stated in the listing. Individuals accessing the property for gatherings, parties, or events without prior authorization. For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and/or additional charges. Access to the Home Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard. To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Pets Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises. Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300. Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (2 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we requires guests to purchase travel insurance. Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest. Parking Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of five cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Smoking No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500. Damages Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest. Excessive Trash All Trash is removed including but not limited to unused food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Kitchen and bathroom trash bags are taken outside to the large receptacles. All trash should fit into the outside receptacles or should be disposed of by the guest prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional of $75 per bag. Internet Usage By using the internet provided at any property, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows. We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless the host for any damages caused by illegal internet use. House was clean. Comfy beds, couches, etc. Location was good for us; easy drive to UNCC and easy drive to downtown Charlotte. When we arrived in temp in the house was about 80 degrees so that was not ideal. The WiFi also was terrible on the first day. One of the bathroom doors was jammed so it had to be pushed hard to close and open it. Communication was good until after when we received a 175 fee and could not message the property manager. We followed the clean up instructions so we were very surprised by an additional charge. No explanation was given and I can't message the manager through the app so I have to pay a fee I have no idea what its for. ##### Ben W. Séjour de 10 nuits en novembre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Michelle L. 22 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Family stay in Charlotte The house was very clean and it was in a neighborhood that was very close (within 5 min.) to NOAD and Camp North End for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It rained most of the time we were there, so we did not use any of the outside area at all. Overall it was a very nice house to stay in for a family. However, our biggest complaint was that there was not enough furniture in the living room (pics were not accurate) and the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable in all the rooms. We would not stay again for that reason, but if that is not what is most important to you, I would recommend. ##### Michelle L.
