The Charlotte Rail Trail is popular with runners and cyclists. Individual booking the reservation must email a copy of photo ID No smoke products of any kind allowed inside the apartment. Any signs or smell of smoke will result in you being charged your deposit You agree to keep noise to a minimum. We have a noise monitor in the apartment and if the volume goes above our threshold you will be asked to leave. No parties of any kind If you have a card, you must display your parking pass at all times or you will be towed.
