This is the best location on Lake Norman of any vacation rental for convenience to all area shopping, dining and attractions. 2022 all new living room furniture, Spring 2020 completely repainted and hardwood flooring new or refinished. FULL VIDEO TOUR. Ski, kayak, wakesurf, tube, wakeboard and paddleboard directly in front of the house for all of your guests to watch the action! Custom built 2 level lakeside home with a 30 foot Atrium full of plants in the center as well as over 7,000 sq ft to accommodate up to 33 guests with comfort. 9 bedrooms, 6 baths and endless activities and space for the entire family. Truly a playground for the week to rest, relax or enjoy the lake activities. Full kitchen, breakfast area (seats 10), dining room (table seats 16 + 4 person table), and 2 living room(s) on main level all open floor plan for you to enjoy. Main level has lakefront bedroom #6 king bed + full-size futon, lakefront bedroom #7 king bed + twin fold out bed, kids bunkroom #8 lakeview (3 twins & 2 full beds) and bedroom #9 queen bed + twin fold out futon chair. Bedrooms 1-3 & 5-7 all have twin pullout beds as well. There are a total of 23 individual beds (Mattresses or twin fold out with memory foam mattress). The upper level has a lakeside great room with incredible views of the lake and looks into the atrium as well. There is a recreation room with pool table (ping-pong & hockey), shuffleboard, foosball, poker table and wet bar area. All upper rooms have huge vaulted ceilings as well as two screened in patios accessed via 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Full lakefront owner suite #1 with king bed + twin fold out bed, private grand bath with double shower, two person jetted tub, heated tile floor and private patio. Full master suite #2 with king bed + fold out twin bed, private bath (or can be shared) and lake views. Bedroom #3 king bed + twin fold out bed, bedroom #4 with 2 queen beds are lakefront with shared patio. Bedroom #5 with queen bed + twin fold out bed has lake view as well, accessed via the jack n jill bathroom. The lakeside outdoor patio has seating for 21-32 guests, hot tub (max 8), waterfall (on timer) as well as two gas grills. Our private beach leads to the dock and pier with room for up to 3 boats as well as 2 Jet Ski EZ dock systems. Enjoy our 4 paddleboards, 3 kayaks, tubes, life jackets and toys. We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like board games, floats, etc. We can also provide strollers, high chairs, pack n plays, etc. for the little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras. We can offer you referrals for boat and jet ski rentals with local merchants if needed. We are very convenient to 7 lakefront restaurants as you explore. We are a few minutes from Downtown Mooresville and the race shops (NASCAR capital). There are also many great restaurants and shopping within a 5-10 minute drive from your vacation spot if you prefer. We provide sheets, towels, paper goods and bottled water. Bring your bathing suits. NO GROUND SPIKES are allowed for tents (due to previous damages) must use water barrels or other tie down measures. There is ample driveway parking for 16-20 vehicles - THERE IS NO PARKING OR DRIVING ON THE LAWN ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON. Multiple things were, at minimum, not as advertised. We would have overpaid at half the price. Here is a shortened version of all the issues we had Ant infestation from day 1 in bunk beds bedroom Fan on upstairs patio by bedroom 3-4 not working. Cobwebs and spiders on deck chairs, everywhere on dock Back patio dirty and should be set up with cushions etc. Hot tub very dirty and unusable. Condom wrapper out. Chair by pool table broken. Ice machine didn't work. Refrigerators intermittently broke down, spoiling our food. We had to keep moving stuff. Extra beds (futons and "twins") were not adequate or aptly described. Pee stain on twin mattress Grills extremely dirty and grease traps overflowing. Spray for bugs so people can sit outside. Dock cleat broken Exposed nails and screws on dock Ping pong net was brokenHammock was destroyed Fire pit broken Floors were disgusting Outdoor lounge area soiled No shower mat poor drainage in upstairs shower extreme slip hazard TVs in multiple bedrooms don’t turn onJacuzzi unusable Dock cleats missing (unsafe trip hazard) Dock upper deck inaccessible Gym equipment shoddy/unsafe with a bolt instead of actual pin to hold weights - weight would fall off mid rep, making it dangerous Pool table missing balls1 clothes Dryer unusable, washing machine has issues (an hour load took four hours)Light had missing bulbs with wires out, safety issue ##### Abra A. Tons of space for cooking, gathering, and relaxing together. The access to paddleboards and kayaks made the trip, and we really appreciated having a private dock for easy water access (though it wasn’t clear whether the upper level of the dock was safe to use; some signage or guidance would be helpful).There were a few areas that didn’t meet expectations. The grills weren’t ready for use, and the hot tub wasn’t clean, so we didn’t end up using it. The bunk room was much smaller than pictured, and the twin beds in the larger rooms weren’t suitable for adults (maybe suitable for kids).Overall, the home worked well for our group, especially with the beautiful common areas and lake access, but a few maintenance and accuracy updates could make this place even better. ##### JESSICA J. We've stayed in others that did not have everything listed or didn't live up to the pictures. What you see is what you get with this listing and we were very satisfied. We had to be at a rehearsal at 4pm on check in day and owner was kind enough to let us check in early so we could get ready. Property is panoramic... it literally hugs Lake Norman! We all loved it. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable.
