Perfect for our large family that traveled from several states & cross country for a wedding in Matthews area. Stephen was responsive to everyone’s request if something came up. Only 1minor thing was the house was missing the hot-tub that was mentioned on the VRBO listing, much to my sister & mother’s chagrin, but we had a great time nonetheless the-less! This house is perfect for families and friends to make memories while visiting NC !! The open floor format on the 1st floor makes it so convenient for everyone to be together . Communication with the host was superb. Check in was so easy. The neighborhood is gorgeous! If you are looking for a quiet escape this area is for you. I loved how there was a room downstairs with a full bathroom for my older parents. This house is also very kid friendly. It has everything you can possibly need. We decided to stay outside of Charlotte as this house fit all our needs. It was VERY comfortable for our toddler who was loved playing in the "kids" room with very thoughtful play kitchen.
