Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with walking trails, a pond, and tennis courts. Fully fenced in backyard, Pets are welcome! ($50 Fee applies per pet, per stay) \-3 minutes to Ballantyne \-5 minutes to Pineville \-20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte...Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Center (great for kids!) and Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center \-15 minutes to Carowinds \-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs) My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte! The home is located in a very quiet community near the Ballantyne shopping area - very convenient. The hosts have spent a long time beautifully decorating the home with ample supplies. The fully fenced back yard made the stay with my dogs so much more relaxing. The neighborhood is peaceful, nice and quiet with great places to walk and trails as well. The location near Ballsntyne is unreal. We actually walked there twice- great food, trails, green spaces, amphitheater, coffee shops and more.
