The home was clean and comfortable. Initially chose the property for the proximity to The Visulite Theater. It was an easy walk to the Visulite as well as other shops and restaurants. My wife and I spent 3 nights and enjoyed exploring the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and Freedom Park without having to drive. Trader Joe's and Target are also walking distance. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils, beds were clean and comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with nice privacy. This home was cozy and spacious at the same time. Bedrooms were large and peaceful. Home has been updated and sitting on the porch was delightful, but the furnishings on the porch could be updated as well as the leather chairs in the living room. We enjoyed our stay however laundry bags which stayed on porch for a few days and deliveries we had to bring in was unusual and a little disappointing for price point. Older home with character, yard not fully fenced in. Neighborhood good if you stay heading one direction, other direction gets questionable very quickly. We had an issue with bees which reported and were told would be addressed upon check out. Laundry room and multiple baths very handy as we had our grand son, daughter and SIL with us. ##### Monica P.
