Our home is serviced monthly by Orkin Pest Control, but the occasional bug may still find its way inside—this is simply part of living in a wooded area. 🐾 Pets & Safety We love welcoming dogs, and make every effort to keep our backyards fences in good shape, but please remember you are responsible for their safety at all times. Our backyard is fenced, but we are not responsible if a pet gets out by digging a hole, or is injured while playing unsupervised in the yard. Guests with small dogs should carefully check the fence line, as smaller pets may be able to slip through in some areas. 🔌 Utilities & Comfort We do our best to maintain all appliances, internet, and utilities, but outages can sometimes occur due to weather or provider issues. The house is very clean and nicely updated. Lots of cool appliances like a nut milk maker, which is super random but I definitely added that to my amazon wish list. Kinda wish I had brought some nuts. The coffee bar was well stocked and my kids tried out the popcorn maker almost immediately. Everything worked great. I almost forgot my favorite was the Reverse Osmosis water filter. Thank you for that!!! There are nice restaurants within a 5-7 minutes drive. We ate at Noble Smoke and Snooze which were both amazing. The back yard is nice but there had been storms recently so the chairs needed a little clean sweep before we could enjoy them. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom but the 2nd queen bed, where my teen daughter slept is actually a better mattress.
