I usually do not do a rating unless things are wonderful or horrible. The front desk staff was beyond amazing!! Shenice was so helpful to the guests that I had staying there during this winter storm. I truly do not know what I would have done without her!!

We had an overnight layover and picked this hotel to stay for the night. The staff was great, we called when we got our luggage and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. Check in was smooth and quick.
