North Charleston is a 15 minutes drive from the Historic section of Downtown Charleston and a 20 - 30 minutes drive from the beaches, And 5 minutes drive from the Coliseum & the Convention Center. 10 minutes drive from the Airport, And is conveniently located near the main on and off interstate ramps that will take you to any place you need to go in Charleston. No Pets, ( Regardless of what you smoke? ) >>NO SMOKING INSIDE!! No incense burning,
There is a covered outside private area for smoking. This House is equipped with Queen size beds in both bedrooms, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, 60 Inch TV in the Livingroom, DVD player, 30 Inch flatscreen TV's in each bedroom, Cable TV, WIFI Internet access, Two leather couches, Washing Machine , Dryer, Laundry Soap, Fabric Sheets, Separate porch stereo, Central Heat & Air, Towels, Bedding, Sheets, x4 Pillows @ 2 per bed , Outside uncovered parking. The outside view is residential and certainly not fancy. But for the price, This house is most definitely one of the best deals in the Charleston area. Note: It is extremely hard to please everyone's preferences concerning Soap, Razors, Body Wash, & Toothpastes. I do not supply these items referred to as personal items. We had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected and the location was better than we thought it would be. We wouldn't have discovered Park Circle if we didn't stay in North Charleston. Tony provided a great stay with fun perks, we'd stay here again for sure!

We booked this property because of the price and distance from Credit One Stadium, where we were going to see a show. The pictures do not do it justice! It is an older home, but very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. It was so easy to get to Daniel Island for our concerts, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for some shows! The property host was very kind and easy to work with. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

At first you may feel some concern about the area because it’s in an older area of North Charleston! We had zero issues with the location/area! It is the perfect distance to Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The house was so cozy and Tony was such an AMAZING host and had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I LOVED the unique decor!! There are also SO MANY good movies available to watch if you have some down time or want a nice break from running around. We will definitely be back here!

Tony did an excellent job of meeting our needs. When coffee maker didn’t work he brought another one over for us to use! The wine was a perfect touch for celebrating a 21st birthday. neighborhood seems rough when coming in to house, but was quiet and had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great place to stay while in Charleston area.

We loved our stay here! Tony is a great host - very easy to communicate with and he provided a relaxing home to come back to after our excursions. My husband and I took our grandsons to the beach we stayed at Mr. Tony’s home. He was an amazing host from the house feeling like you have walked into your grandmothers home from little treats let for guests to enjoy to anything you could have needed. My grandchildren love it and said it was so cool to have candy on your pillow. The home was clean & completely inviting to make you feel at home. If we’re ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again. ❤️💯

#### Charleston Trip
The house itself is very nice. It's clean, has a nice setup, and has all the amenities you'll need. Communication with the host is quick and easy, and they're very nice. It's in a convenient location too, right by the loop so you're only about 15-20 minutes away from most of the things to do. The only real issue is the neighborhood doesn't look great, but there's nothing the owner can do about that. Overall, it was a great place for what we needed and we'd definitely stay there again.

This property, while only two bedrooms, is bigger than the listing leads one to believe. It's very nice. The host was friendly and responsive. They added nice touches we weren't expecting, such as soft music playing when we arrived. Just watch the coffee maker if you're brewing a single cup. It doesn't stop automatically.

Tony was excellent! He was welcoming and his communications were timely and clear. The house was very clean. He provided welcome treats! The house is quiet, and the VRBO description is accurate. The location is what I would describe as industrial. If you want to spend time outside or go for a run, this is probably is not ideal for you. But if you just need a place to relax and sleep, great!

This was our fifth trip to this home. Great little community. The owner, Tony is a wonderful host. He has come to our rescue each time on the remotes... Remotes... LOL! The home is always spotless, well decorated, and the beds are comfortable. Insane water pressure in the shower! We love staying here. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of everything that you want to see in this area. Our 6-year-old granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed her first trip to Charleston.

#### Best VRBO we've stayed in!
We looked for weeks for a 2 bedroom, single-level house in residential that looked famil oriented. The listing offered goid pictures of the house. The Host was upfront about the neighborhood so we wasntsurprised upon arrival. Everything the Host described about the place was accurate. There was a coffee bar with coffee & tea plus all the fixings. The kitchen was sticked with practically every appliance & tools you'd need. Including baking stuff. Beds & pillows comfortable. The Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my communications with him. I'd recommend this placee to my family & friends.

#### Perfect Stay
I was in Charleston for a wedding in the downtown area but did not want to pay the crazy downtown rates. Tony’s place was half the price and came with perks no hotel could match. Yes, it’s about 20 minutes from downtown, but for for the savings, 20 minutes no worries. Upon entering the home, I noticed it was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room. Yes, the place sleeps 4, put you could host dinner for 10\. Tony also provided a few snacks, and well stocked candy bowls in EVERY room. I can’t say enough about this place. I highly recommend.

#### Convenient to airport and train station
Stayed 2 nights before flying home after week stay in Port Royal. Though neighborhood was little sketchy, the interior of house was clean and had great 80/70's feel. Host provided everything you need, including snacks. It is only 10 minute from airport via a highway, couple minutes to Amtrak station and not much more if want to visit downtown or plantations.
