Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties. Welcome to 21 Turtle Bay! This 3 BD/ 3 BA townhome is in a riverfront community that offers the best of both worlds, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining area and living room that leads to a screened in porch with glimpses of the river. Guests view the fishermen, boats, and wildlife from the living area. Ascend the stairs to enter the tranquil master bedroom suite complete a bathroom that offers a walk-in shower and dual sinks, a king-sized bed and an uncovered balcony perfect for relaxing with a view. On the opposite side of the house, you will find the third bedroom suite with a queen bed. Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! The Space Bedroom 1: King Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 2 Twins Approximate Sq. Footage: 1480 Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles; 2 cars fit comfortably in the garage and 1 more car can be parked under a covered carport. The community pool is open April - October from 8am-10pm (exact dates vary depending on the weather) The fishing dock is accessible year-round. Please note the HOA does not permit boats in the complex, or use of the dock for boating purposes. The building is elevated so the entry is via stairs (no elevator is available) We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Not a ton of extras in the kitchen, but enough to get by for the long weekend with minimal cooking. You can park 2 very small cars in garage bumper to bumper but nothing larger. Location confusing and parking areas tight. Management company nice but issues not resolved in timely manner. I did mention to the property management company that the only negative (if you can even call it that) was there are no curtains/blinds on the windows in the main living area. Even the kitchen cupboards were clean and well organized. The complex was very quiet and relaxing while we rented in late February. I especially appreciated the great communication with MyOceanRental. The staff was so nice every time a question or concern came up. And they responded immediately. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach and only 20 minutes from downtown Perfect location to do as much or as little was you want.
