"Property is great and has a wonderful history. The rooms are in dire need of renovation and updating. Otherwise, the staff are just brilliant and do their level best. The first impression of lobby is good, but rooms...as I've said are extremely tired and outdated."

"The hotel rooms are pathetic . The food provided is pathetic . No extra toilet tissue . You have to call them for additional tissue. The rooms are with water damaged. Single towel provided."
