Well maintained property, courteous and knowledgeable staff, special compliments to Munish and Harshit for going above and beyond. Stayed with wife and kid. It is the perfect place for relaxation with excellent facilities inside the hotel (lovely lounge), and the upscale Elante mall at 2 minutes walk offering shopping, dining and kids engagement options. It’s beginning to look a bit dated. Other than that it’s a typical Hyatt! Excellent staff and service. Big props to housekeeping staff (especially Rahul) for prompt response every time we needed extra bottles of water. Morning breakfast (gluten free menu) was also great. Hotel was very good in arranging prompt transportation every time we needed to go out. Loved the Diwali decor and festivities. Very close to a large mall where I could easily get my daily 10K steps!!
