ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata
I arrived early in to Kolkatta from Hydrabad. Made multiple calls to see if they would allow complimentary early check in after 12.00 noon. No one called to say aye or nay !!! Very poor management on duty . Thus was second time visiting this hotel and I’ll not return to waste my money. Next time ...
