"We had a lovely week in Chalet Mon Sousou. Every morning we took the bus to the ski gondel, very convenient in front of the chalet. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. The fire place in the living room is very comfortable, gives a lot of warmth in periods of cold weather. Note that the wood must be purchased yourself. ...

"- Contact with the Altiservices team was great (very nice People, always helpfull - no problem with the deposite (got it back after we leaved) - we had little porblemes to find the place (even with the instructions). With the google link we arrived one street above the chalet street - i dont know if this is improvable but it was we so nice to have a real steam sauna :) - but overall: we had a great time! "The Hotel is perfectly located! We really appreciated the train station shuttle feature. The breakfast was good and the room was excellent. For the most part the staff is very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and would consider booking this hotel again. The one thing I will say is that I was amazed at the poor, grumpy attitude of some of the breakfast attendants when guests are genuinely being friendly, considerate and kind. Not every inadvertent "mis-step/faux pas" is done intentionally or with malice to offend or cause issues or inconvenience. Grumpy employees can ruin a holiday unnecessarily."
