"Amy is a treasure, so friendly, she goes above and beyond to make sure things are right; unlike the guy from corporate who called while we were in a museum to confirm our check out date. This hotel was a nice surprise, clean, convenient, eclectic furnishings, quiet."
"The property was in very nice condition, well kept grounds even in winter. Updated decor felt airy and fresh. Our room (springhouse 3) was comfortable and clean, pretty views from the balcony, fireplace was great to have on the 2 nights we stayed in mid february. I might recommend the property considers having a small rug/shoe mat for the winter months. We used one of our own towels for our snowy/muddy shoes do that we didn’t track that throughout the room. Dining room could also use a nice area...

"This hotel is fine if you’re really just looking for a place to crash, but it has kind of a creepy vibe. The staff were all nice enough, but there was hair in my sink and shower (and no shower curtain, which is kind of weird) and overall things were pretty old and dingy. Plus, the hallways are really dark, and in the middle of the night I was woken up by loud pounding on the ceiling of my room. There’s also no shuttle directly to or from the airport, although you can walk over to the Embassy Suites and use theirs. Unless you’re really desperate to save some money, I wouldn’t recommend it."

"Very convenient location of being attached to the airport. The staffs are very friendly and kind.
Many choices of dining by going to the airport food court. Also the public transportation is connected to anywhere in the areas."
