A romantic holiday for couples or a family trip surrounded by nature, our house is ready to satisfy leisure stays, rest and discovery of the territory, with a strategic quiet and panoramic location.

The apartment is on one floor, has an independent entrance directly from the terrace, where you can sip your coffee or read a book in the shade of the olive tree, admiring the stunning panorama of Lake Como.

The whole house is arranged on one floor, each room has a window overlooking the terrace and the panorama.
To reach the house you have to take some stairs.

Equipped with a large double bedroom adjacent to the bathroom and laundry (washing machine), a large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to organize meals: stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots and dishes, wine glasses; you will also find condiments, tea and coffee.

The private terrace is equipped with: umbrella, table, chairs, barbecue, deck chairs and two chairs in the shade of the olive tree.
The terrace has a right of way with the nearby apartment, but the use of the same is private and exclusive.
