« On arrive à la réception, endroit plutôt cosy. Le parking est dans la cour de l'hôtel, tout est clean et c'est vraiment super. Mais la personne qui nous reçoit nous dit que la chambre est au 1er étage dans un immeuble a 50 mètres, mais elle ne connait pas la chambre en question, mais il y a quelqu'un sur place. Arrivé sur place personne, l'immeuble est très moyen et choqué par rapport au standing de la réception de l'hôtel, l'ascenseur est en panne. En définitive la chambre est dans un...
