There were a few cleaning issues (underwear in a room, buns in the microwave) that should be addressed with the cleaning company. We loved the deck outside, but SO MANY SPIDERS on the porch ceiling. I understand it’s the lake, but could use a good pressure washing so you can enjoy without a spider dropping down on you at night when they come out. The dock was nice since it had no cover lol. We could sit out there without the spider issue. One of the main things that I think need to be addressed in your listing….the stairs for the third bedroom. If you are an older couple or have small children, these stairs are a hazard!! Had everything we needed and more! Needs were comfortable and the living room and back porch were fantastic! The inside was clean however had a very musty smell. The cabin on the outside was in need of a good cleaning. There were many spider webs and dirt dobber nest that had been developing for some time.
