"Shower was biggest complaint. Very small shower with a small lip. We had to put a towel on the floor because the water would come out. Mattress was also very lumpy. Margarita’s restaurant was very good. We had breakfast and dinner there!"

Great room if you can get past the check in desk!
"This is a historic hotel and looks pretty neat from the outside. The inside is rough. The smell of smoke can be overwhelming depending on how busy it is and the lady who checked us in was not friendly but then we got to our room… we had the family suite and it was amazing! We had no idea the bunkbeds ..."

"We enjoyed the breakfast, including gluten-free options. After long days of hiking in the NP, we appreciated the hot tub and pool. Room was clean and in good condition. Staff were gracious and responsive."
