Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Terrible experience. Place looks worn down and taken over by nature. Host changed my reservation for the day after because the system "made a mistake". Didnt work with the system only whatsapp. When I arrived to the property it was extremely lonely and dark. The key was not in the safebox next to the door. Host claimed first it could have been the cleaning lady. Host later said coworker would take it to me but it would take an hour. It was almost 11pm in a dark abandoned condominium. We took off running with my family. Nothing made sense and owner always had excuses. After almost an hour of driving back host texts me to let me know that the previous "tenant" was still inside the apartment when we were trying to find our way in!Horror movie vibes all over. Contacted VRBO neither them, the host, or the insurance I purchased would refund my money. If I could provide less stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
